Tripping on Bikes and Life
Life takes a different trip, a trip on the ghats, just like the curves you don’t know what you’ll discover. You might come across something as beautiful as Wordsworth or Milton would describe as paradise. Or you might just end up on a broken road that slows you down, shakes you up and makes you fall.
I used to say to many people “be careful on a high, the higher you reach the harder you fall”, I’ve always been careful in that matter, I’ve always judged the height I rise to and always had a look back.
Biking is synonym of life. It’s a way I always looked at it, many would think otherwise. Every straight road, has bits to slow you down, at every curve you’re up for a surprise.
At the point in life when everything goes down, it’s hard to know what will hit you next or when you’ll be kissing gravel. Life hurts, so does biking. Life gives you joy, so does biking, you fall in life, you fall from your bike, but after a while you shake away the dust, see what went wrong, kick start your bike and ride on – same with life. You get your bike fixed after you fall; life fixes you as well (in its own mysterious way).
Biking is a synonym of life, if you haven’t tried it, you ought to try it.
